"CREATIVITY ALLOWS ME TO EXPRESS MY EMOTIONS"

I'm Cameron Thom - a young thriving indie filmmaker within the city of Glasgow. My journey with education in film began in 2016 at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland were i studied the craft of film making at an advanced level under a two year programme. This allowed me to grow my skills and confidence as a creative being and understand the many job roles within the industry and the pathways which may come my way in the future. From here, i went on to study television at both national and higher levels at the City of Glasgow College and was introduced to a wider variety of pathways within the media world and through that experience gave me the chance to work on various projects under different environments, from creating content in live studio to on location filming.

In my own time, i write, direct and produce my own films. I take on my projects with pure thirst and passion to create the best outcome and a few of my films have received recognition due to this hard work. I make films not just for the career, but because i feel i have to, as if it needs to be done no matter what. A burst of passion. I love storytelling. I love film.
